Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping & delivery

We ship across the United States through trusted carriers. Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after processing, depending on your location. Shipping rates are shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package to your door.

Delivery address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're unable to reroute packages once they've shipped, and we can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address.

Delays

Occasionally, carrier or weather delays are outside our control. If your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, please reach out and we'll help track it down.
