Managing your subscription

You're always in control. From your account you can:

• Change how often your litter ships
• Skip or reschedule an upcoming order
• Update your shipping address or payment method
• Pause or cancel anytime

Billing

Your payment method is charged each time an order is prepared for shipment, at the price shown for your subscription. We'll email you before each renewal, so there are no surprises.

Cancellation

You can cancel anytime, with no fees and no commitment. Cancellations apply to your next billing cycle; orders already processed can't be canceled.
